Business Officer Institute (BOI)
A three-day residential institute for selected business officers throughout the UC system to explore everyday issues that business officers face in the workplace.
Ethics Briefing
A 30-minute online program designed for all UC employees to raise awareness about the existence and content of the University's Statement of Ethical Standards and Standards of Ethical Conduct.
Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP)
A unique residential program designed to assess participants’ current skills and provide insights into their managerial ability and potential by providing feedback on skills critical to successful management at UC.
Sexual Harassment Training
California law requires two hours of mandatory sexual harassment prevention education for all supervisory employees. At UC, supervisory employees required to receive the training are identified as staff supervisors and academic employees, including all faculty.
