Business Officer Institute (BOI)
A three-day residential institute for selected business officers throughout the UC system to explore everyday issues that business officers face in the workplace.

Human Resources and Allied Professional Program (HRAP)
Employees in traditional HR disciplines as well as those in Academic Personnel, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity, Employee Assistance, Payroll, Risk Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Workers' Compensation are provided with a broad-based appreciation and understanding of the inter-related functions and issues affecting UC employees.
Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP)
A unique residential program designed to assess participants’ current skills and provide insights into their managerial ability and potential by providing feedback on skills critical to successful management at UC.
University of California Leadership Institute (UCLI)
A residential program to equip selected UC managers with the knowledge and professional networks to be effective leaders in today's workplace.
University of California Senior Leadership Institute (UCSLI)
An opportunity for a select group of academic and administrative leaders to learn about the complex factors involved in decision-making at UC; to think strategically about the critical issues facing higher education and UC in particular; and to gain insight into their individual leadership strengths.
