The results of the annual survey of UC medical plans member satisfaction are now available. The random survey, conducted by the independent research firm DDS Research, measured UC membership satisfaction with non-Medicare medical plans during the calendar year 2006.

Survey results are based on responses from plan members. For more in-depth information on the plans and providers in California, visit the Office of the Patient Advocate website.
